However, the rooms were disappointing with dated and tatty shower rooms, no baths, and rotting furniture. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had been flooded at one point, so they were quite small and a little dusty. On the bright side, the services were very pleasant and helpful. The location was not in the center of SOHO but still fantastic for exploring lower Manhattan, and the dining options, while available at the property, were limited in the neighborhood. Overall, a standard stay with some ups and downs.

I was not happy that the receptionist ignored me all night, and others had to wait a long time during check-in. My room was missing the fridge despite booking for one. However, the place was very quiet, which suited me as I work at night and need my sleep. The hotel is unfortunately above a loud bar with a band playing until 3 AM, which doesn't match my preference. Overall, don't expect the advertised amenities.
